Terms of use

These terms explain the basic rules for using ResourceHive to share resources and coordinate access within organizations.

Using ResourceHive

You must be eligible to use the service and provide accurate account information. Keep your sign-in methods secure, do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

Organization access

Organization access depends on an approved membership and assigned role. Administrators may review membership requests and manage resources within the authority granted to them. A platform account does not grant access to an organization. Organizations remain responsible for deciding who may access their spaces, equipment, and other resources.

Bookings and shared resources

Follow the owning organization’s rules, respect confirmed booking times, and return shared resources in the agreed condition. A booking records a reservation; it does not replace local safety, supervision, training, insurance, or equipment policies. Follow the organization’s instructions and do not use a resource if you are not authorized or qualified to do so.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass access controls, interfere with another user, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe another person’s rights, misrepresent your identity, or disrupt the service. You are responsible for content you submit, including resource images, descriptions, reviews, and dispute evidence, and must have the right to share it.

Disputes and enforcement

Use the dispute process for booking issues and provide accurate, relevant information. Organization administrators review matters assigned to their organization. ResourceHive may investigate misuse, remove content, restrict features, or suspend an account when necessary to protect users, organizations, or the service. Where practical, we will provide a reason and an opportunity to contact us.

Service availability

ResourceHive may change features, pause access for maintenance or security, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
